3interCAT.net, the new portal for the catalan associations and volunteerism organisations
On Monday, 5 december, International Volunteers Day, the Sub General Direction of associations and volunteerism of the Generalitat of Catalonia in partnership with Iwith.org Fondation, will present the portal 3interCAT.net, a new area of Xarxanet.org, the Associations and Volunteerism Network of Catalonia.
3intercat.net aims to be the portal of the catalan associations and volunteerism organisations interested in external projection. Its objective is to become the reference platform, providing the organizations with the technical means and the knowledge required to succeed in consolidating the international presence of a solid network of catalan organisations, at the same level of their international homologues, faciliting the establishment of links and synergies.
The catalan associations and volunteerism organisations interested in external projection are the protagonists of 3interCAT.net and can generate from now on interesting news and initiatives for their homologues around the world, creating a meeting point for proposals for all those looking for new tools and new partnerships. The registered users will also be able to access ressources, bulletins and common documents, use the forums, chats, databases, inquiries, questionnaires, wikis and glossaries that they could need to relate to associations and volunteerism worlwide.
3interCAT.net also aims to show another face of Catalonia. One where solidarity, volunteerism and engament are the keywords.
